Wholehearted
Wholehearted people live with their whole hearts,
they are not afraid to fully embrace who they are.
They know they’re worthy of love, they know they belong,
they’re kind, they listen, they’re full of compassion.
They tell their story even though it’s imperfect,
they don’t control or predict, they accept the uncertain.
They do not pretend to have what they don’t,
they don’t mind saying I love you when not sure of the response.
Wholehearted people invest even if there is no guaranty,
whatever happens won’t make them feel any less worthy.
They know vulnerability isn’t a weakness but a strength,
and numbing it will numb shame and joy the same way.
They practice gratitude even when it’s tough,
they believe their authentic self is enough.
They let themselves be seen and truly connect,
it gives them purpose and meaning, they are wired for it.
